Enterprise Ayrshire is holding a Skills for Business conference on Wednesday 11 October at the Kilwinning campus of Ayrshire College. A range of local employers will talk about the support available for businesses and how this has benefited them as organisations. This includes organisations such as Ashleigh Construction, GE Caledonian, James Frew and Booth Welsh
The title of the conference is Engage, Develop and Grow and there will be the opportunity to visit a range of stands under those three themes:
Engage – Have your say, engage now to influence the development of your future workforce with skills you need.
Develop – Improve productivity and competitiveness by developing a skilled workforce. Equip them with the right skills and give them the best opportunities to use them.
Grow – Growth through people – link your skills development to your business strategy for balanced and sustainable growth
The SCQF Partnership will be exhibiting under the ‘Develop’ theme and will be highlighting some of the practical ways in which it can support effective recruitment and workforce development as well as offering free tools with which to do this.
We hope to see you there!
