The SCQF Partnership is pleased to be able to offer a one day free workshop for those wishing to use the ‘My Skills, My Future’ suite of resources to support individuals in identifying the skills they have gained from other experiences outwith formal qualifications.
The aim of the workshop is to help advisers fully understand the resources and their benefits to individuals. It also offers the chance to try them out through a series of practical activities including benchmarking skills to the SCQF.
Advisers from a wide range of organisations can then use these resources with individuals over one or more sessions to identify their transferable skills through a series of practical and engaging activities. These skills are then benchmarked against the SCQF to help individuals understand the level of their informal learning.
During this session we will be working our way through the revised and improved ‘My Skills, My Future’ Toolkit.
Based on a review report that was carried out in February 2016, and feedback from focus groups involving industry professionals, the decision was taken to bring to the resource up to date. The essence of the toolkit remains very much the same but the new version has been professionally designed, with the content reviewed for enhanced usability and more meaningful imagery throughout.
If you are unsure as to whether this workshop will meet your needs please contact 0141 225 2922 or email@example.com
