Gender Equality Conference – College Development Network

Our colleagues at College Development Network are hosting a 1-day conference on Gender Equality at their premises in Stirling on Tuesday 20 June 2017. The conference runs from 10am to 3.15pm.

This national conference will explore how gender equality policy is impacting practice across Scotland’s educational and vocational landscape – and what further actions are needed to reduce the barriers.

Shirley-Anne Somerville, Minister for Further Education, Higher Education and Science, will provide a keynote address and Eleanor Cannon, Chair of Scottish Golf, will offer insight into her aspirations for gender balance in the sport.
