The SCQF Partnership is pleased to be able to offer a one day free workshop for those wishing to use the ‘My Skills, My Future’ suite of resources to support individuals in identifying the skills they have gained from other experiences outwith formal qualifications.
The aim of the workshop is to help advisers fully understand the resources and their benefits to individuals. It also offers an opportunity to use the resources through a series of practical activities including benchmarking skills to the SCQF.
Advisers from a wide range of organisations can then use these resources with individuals over one or more sessions to identify their transferable skills. The benchmarking of these skills against the SCQF allows individuals to understand the level of their informal learning.
During this session participants will be working through the revised and improved ‘My Skills, My Future’ Toolkit.
If you are unsure as to whether this workshop will meet your needs please contact 0141 225 2922 or email@example.com
My Skills, My Future workshop is an amazing toolkit, a programme designed for everyone interested in helping people around them discover their true potential. As a father I’m confident to use the Toolkit to help my children realise their skills. And as a management specialist, skills auditing should be an ongoing thing for businesses to maximise ROI.
Arthur Ononye, Next Step Initiative
The day fully met my expectations and I thought the presenter was very engaging and clearly competent on the use of the MSMF Toolkit.
Steven Cairney, West College Scotland
The training was very worthwhile and I look forward to using some and/or all parts of the resource. I felt that all staff were welcoming and very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this or other training with SCQF – thanks
Dean Pattison, West College Scotland.
Excellent training course, the trainer themselves was very clear and articulate, and having the chance to actually use the Toolkit in the training session and have any questions answered was extremely beneficial.
Lauren Campbell, City of Edinburgh Council.
