What is your role within the SCQFP?

As part of the operations team, I support digital transformation across the organisation. My work focuses on supporting the implementation of new digital tools, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of technology-enabled systems. I’m hands-on when it comes to technical coordination and always mindful of how different project elements connect. Beyond the tech, I’m involved in the practical side of change – documenting lessons learned, coordinating training sessions, and supporting SCQFP workshops and events.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy bridging the gap between people and digital solutions, and I’m passionate about making meaningful improvements that support our long-term strategy.

Career so far

I have a wide range of experience working in administration and customer care across public, private and third-sector companies. In a previous life, it would not be unusual to see me in a hi-vis yellow vest and hard hat while visiting clients on site.
