We are looking for an experienced event management agency to support the delivery of our 25th Anniversary Conference in September 2026.

About the event

This will be a key milestone event for SCQFP, bringing together partners and stakeholders from across education and skills. Our previous events have been very well attended, and we are keen to make this one a success.

What we’re looking for

We’d like to work with an agency that can take on the practical side of running the event, including:

  • Managing bookings and handling payments
  • Liaising with speakers and workshop presenters in advance
  • Supporting delivery on the day
  • Coordinating with the venue, AV team, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors
  • Keeping us updated on bookings and progress along the way
