The Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership (SCQFP) is inviting suitably qualified HR advisers and service providers to tender for the provision of ongoing human resources support.

The contract will cover routine people management matters, compliance and policy advice, support for line managers and input into HR strategy. It will also include ad hoc support as required.

Tenders should be submitted by Friday, 5 September 2025.
