The SCQF Partnership (SCQFP) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide flexible, specialist support for the delivery of our Digital Strategy. This includes project-based digital implementation, technical support, eLearning solutions, data management and process improvement.
About SCQFP
We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation with charitable status, responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of Scotland’s National Qualifications Framework, the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). Our work focuses on:
- Increasing access to lifelong learning
- Supporting learner and workforce mobility
- Promoting equity in recognition of learning and skills
Scope of services
The appointed supplier will provide:
- Implementation and integration of digital tools (SmartSuite, SharePoint)
- Cloud migration and workflow optimisation
- Data management, analytics, and reporting dashboards
- eLearning platform support and digital learning solutions
- Training, knowledge transfer and capability building
Supplier requirements
Suppliers must demonstrate:
- Experience with SmartSuite, SharePoint and eLearning platforms
- Delivery of digital support services for third sector or non-profit organisations
- Knowledge of LEAN/process engineering principles
- Commitment to data protection, cyber security, and accessibility
Budget and duration
- Initial six-month call-off arrangement, flexible as required
- Pricing schedule including daily rates and any preferential rates for the third sector
