The SCQF Partnership recently hosted a dedicated International Consultants Day on 23rd May at our offices in Glasgow.

The event was specifically designed for individuals working as educational consultants overseas to give them a current understanding of the SCQF, the European and International work of the SCQF Partnership and how both the SCQF and the SCQF Partnership can provide support for education consultancy and projects.

The day provided a chance for delegates to hear from the SCQF Partnership Executive Team as well as guest speakers who are using the SCQF in their European and international projects.

Speakers included Karen Adams of TWIGG associates, who gave an inspiring account of the recognition the Framework receives overseas.

Staff of City of Glasgow College, George McVerry and Stuart McDowall, provided an opportunity for delegates to hear how the Framework supports the College’s overseas strategy and projects.

The British Council Scotland and SQA also provided an insight to the international work they do and how they work together with the SCQF Partnership in promoting the SCQF internationally.
