Our main conference room is available for hire. It can comfortably seat 30 in conference style, 24 in cabaret style and 20 in a board room setting. We offer day, half day and hourly rates.
The day rate is £180, half day rate £100 and hourly rate £25, which includes the use of AV (projector, laptop and screen) and flip chart.
The day delegate rate is £35pp* and includes room hire, unlimited tea/coffee/cordial & luxury biscuits, welcome pastries, signature platter lunch with fruit juice and sweet treats in the afternoon. This rate also includes use of AV (projector, laptop and screen) and flip chart. *minimum 8 people.
Catering can also be provided. Unlimited tea/coffee/cordial & biscuits costs £4 per person and Danish pastries £1 per item. Lunch costs £8 per person for a sandwich platter (includes crisps) or £10 per person for a Signature platter (includes crisps, fresh fruit & muffins). If you have other catering requirements we would be happy to discuss these.
*The SCQF Partnership has signed up to the social impact pledge and as part of this we are offering up our conference room free of charge for any charity with a turnover of less than £200k per year.
