Annual Leave
We offer 25 days, plus 13 public holidays. This increases after three years and again after five years. A one-off additional day is granted at 10 years’ service.

Annual Salary Review

Do you want to shape the future of education, training, and skills in Scotland? We are looking for a dynamic, values-driven individual to become our new Head of Assurance, a key leadership role within the SCQF Partnership.

Who we need
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings significant experience in quality assurance within education, training or skills
- Has strong policy awareness and an aptitude for communicating technical content to a range of audiences
- Can lead a team with compassion, insight, and a focus on improvement
- Is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and driving systemic change
A detailed knowledge of the SCQF and credit rating processes is desirable, but not essential.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Our Glasgow city centre office/hybrid, based on business need
Salary band: £47,586 – £63,037
Reports to: Chief Executive
Leads: A small staff team
