Annual Leave
We offer 25 days, plus 13 public holidays. This increases after three years and again after five years. A one-off additional day is granted at 10 years’ service.

Annual Salary Review
Salaries are reviewed by the Board annually. They take into account the cost of living and are benchmarked against the market. We are proud to be a Living Wage employer.

We make an employer contribution of 12% to a company personal pension, with employee contributions starting at 5%.

Co-opted Directors of the SCQF Partnership Board
Join the SCQF Partnership Board
Do you want to help shape real change in education, training and skills in Scotland? As we set our new strategy for the next 5 years, we are looking for two new Directors to join the SCQF Partnership Board.
Why join?
As a Board member, you will help drive positive change by supporting the use of Scotland’s National Qualifications Framework in supporting wider recognition of learning and skills throughout life. This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise, influence policy, and ensure Scotland’s workforce has the right skills for the future.
Who we need
We’re particularly keen to hear from employers and professionals who:
✔ Work in skills development, re-skilling, or upskilling adult learners
✔ Have financial management expertise in a non-profit setting (ideal for our Audit & Risk Committee)
✔ Actively engage with and understand the SCQF
Commitment & benefits
- Time: 6–8 days per year (including 4 Board meetings, at least 2 in Glasgow)
- Term: 3 years (renewable for another 3)
- Expenses: Travel and subsistence covered
- Reward: A chance to shape Scotland’s learning and skills system
