Accessibility

Standards Compliance

Our site complies with W3C WAI (World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative) guidelines (now a legal requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act) and all code on the site will validate to W3C specifications. The site has been coded using best practice web standards with the design very much separate from content. This maximises accessibility and allows the site to be viewable on a wide range of devices which increases its ability to withstand changes in technology going forward.

Viewing Customisation

Our site can be customised via your browser or operating system to allow for a better viewing experience. To offer assistance with this we recommend you view the BBC’s My Web My Way.

We are committed to providing barrier free access, for all users, to our website. We welcome feedback through info@scqf.org.uk with suggestions on improvements and will do our best, within reason, to accommodate change.
