Mongolian Study Visit
We recently hosted a delegation of 12 members of staff from a project team representing Mongolia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training Sector.
The main aim of the visit was for the delegation to learn about the SCQF and how it relates to technical and vocational education and training in Scotland. The group were also interested in understanding a mature framework and quality assurance.
The SCQF Partnership provided a full day study visit programme to give the group an overall understanding of the SCQF and the quality assurance model in place. The team also heard about how the Framework can be used for capacity building within education and training institutions and organisations.
The Mongolian delegates also visited three SCQFP Credit Rating Bodies: Scottish Police College, City of Glasgow College and SQA.
