THE ACTIF4 LEADERSHIP DIPLOMA

Actif4 has gained approval for its Leadership Diploma and been granted Approved Centre status by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). The Actif4 Leadership Diploma was developed by Actif4 Limited and is certificated and quality assured by SQA as a Customised Award. This award has been credit rated by SQA at Level 10 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) with 48 credit points, which is at the same SCQF level as an Honours Degree.

WHO THE PROGRAMME IS AIMED AT & WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO UNDERTAKE IT?

The programme has been designed for people going through the transition into leadership and those already in senior roles with the aspiration and potential to rise further. The demand for effective leadership has never been greater. Becoming a skilled leader is a continuous process of development and experience, coupled with understanding new insights and ideas.

As well as up to date theory, participants use a live project as the backbone to the programme so that the sponsoring organisation gains on at least two levels. Connecting theory to practice allows participants to customise their own leadership solution during the 9-month programme via a series of workshop modules, 1-1 coaching and personal analysis tools.

On successful completion of the Actif4 Leadership Programme candidates receive an Actif4 Leadership Diploma at SCQF level 10 which is certificated by SQA and will state the title of the qualification studied.
