Meet Maureen Boyle, Administrator at the SCQF Partnership

Headshot of Maureen Boyle

What is your role within the SCQFP?

I provide a wide range of administrative support across projects, events and workshops as well as survey design and data analysis. I ensure my colleagues and our stakeholders have all the tools and materials they need. As we have moved more and more online I also provide technical and live admin support during our workshops.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Rarely are two days the same which means my role is extremely varied, which I really enjoy.
My committed and inclusive colleagues make providing them support a pleasure (cheesy, yes but true!)

Tell us a bit about your career to date

I have a wide range of experience working in administration and customer care across public, private and third sector companies. In a previous life it would not be unusual to see me in a Hi-Vis yellow vest and hard hat while visiting clients on site.

Tell us something interesting about yourself?

I was privileged to spend the night ‘locked in’ on the HMS Belfast. The HMS Belfast was commissioned on 5/8/39 and was part of the naval blockade against Germany in Nov 1939. During her time in service took part in battle of North Cape, supported the Normandy landings and the 1950-52 Korean War so to experience a snapshot of its history is a treasured memory.
