This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity to join a small, dynamic team with a national remit engaging in projects supporting employers, schools and third-sector organisations across Scotland.

Salary: £20,148 pro rata

Part-time (21 hours per week), Temporary

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to support the SCQF Partnership in activities relating to the research and analysis of two key areas of work.

The first is reviewing the impact of our successful School Ambassador programme in order to demonstrate that the programme is making a difference.

The second area is reviewing and updating research completed in 2018/19 around our social media activity and audience to ensure we have actioned the recommendations. The end result will be contributing to the production of a report for each piece of work along with recommendations.

 

The main responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

  • Work with the CEO and others to ensure all data captured is GDPR compliant

  • Support the review and evaluation of the SCQF School Ambassador programme by finalising surveys, analysing responses, conducting interviews and supporting focus groups

  • Review previous research and undertake further research into the SCQF’s social media

  • Review use of social media by key stakeholders

  • Identify suitable research tools to explore social media follower profiles and demographics

  • Work with colleagues to provide regular monthly updates on your activity for internal and external use

  • Work as part of a team to take forward collaborative projects


The SCQF partnership team consists of a small, professional team of 12 people with a diverse range of skills and a wide remit. The successful applicant will join the Partnerships and Communications section of the team which consists of 5 people but will be working closely with everyone.

The team is made up of friendly, highly motivated individuals, who regularly communicate in an open and supportive manner and are dedicated to delivering SCQF’s overall mission.
