SCQF Partnership Nominated for Top Award

The SCQF Partnership has been shortlisted in the Top 20 UK Employer of the Year Gold (two to 49 organisations) in The Investors in People Awards 2023.

Based on 30 years of leading practice, the Investors in People (IiP) Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Successful accreditation against the Standard is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustained success.

The Top 20 organisations are identified based on a score calculated from their most recent IiP assessment. Using this score and a further score from a supporting statement, IiP determines the Top 10 organisations that make the final shortlist.

On hearing the news of the nomination, Pauline Radcliffe, Chief Executive of the SCQFP, said: “This was a lovely surprise and a huge honour to have received the Top 20 nomination. A massive special thanks go to our team’s IiP Review sub-group and to all of the SCQFP team for making this happen. We look forward to hearing more in September.”

IiP recently held a celebration event in Glasgow for over 70 individuals from organisations across Scotland, which was attended by SCQFP’s Head of Partnerships and Communications, Julie Cavanagh, and Development Officer, Fiona Garry.

The SCQF Partnership was originally awarded the Investors in People Standard at Gold level in November 2020 and maintained in November 2022.
